Welcome to Coleman’s Farm and Corn Maze!
Welcome to Coleman’s Farm and Corn Maze. We offer fun for the entire family whether you only have an hour available or your whole day is open. We have what you are looking for in the way of fall fun!
We are a family-owned and operated farm with a deep agricultural history.
The farm is easy to get to – only one turn off Michigan Avenue just west of downtown Saline and just five miles south. Parking is always free.
Check out our new 2011 corn maze and designs from previous years!
Farm Fresh
Here, you’ll find Coleman-grown eggs year ‘round fresh from our laying hens.
Our “honey season” usually extends from early fall through spring. Call ahead (734-429-1212) for dates during the fall if you are interested in watching us extract honey from our more than 20 bee hives. Our honey is not pasteurized and some believe consuming local, raw (unpastuerized) honey may be beneficial to those with allergies.
Fall red raspberries are a special treat from late summer through November.
The Corn Maze!
Labor Day weekend kicks off the start of the corn maze season. Our seventeen acre corn field three has three professionally designed and cut corn mazes which total over five miles of challenging trails, excellent day or night. The mazes appeal to all ages. The mazes are open Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays in September and seven days a week during October.
Pumpkins
In late September and October you may select your pumpkin from the field.
Farm Animals
Our horses, calves and goats enjoy attention from kids of all ages.
Animal Train
Hop on the “Animal Train” and “ride” your favorite farm animal around the orchard!
Apples
More than a dozen varieties of apples are available pre-picked or ready for you to pick.
Hayride
Enjoy the scenery from the hayride which travels around the farm and along a creek. Deer sightings are common and you may catch a glimpse of a wild turkey.
Krazy Hilda’s Barn of Doom and Field of Fear
October brings to life our 50 year old Gothic style barn as Krazy Hilda’s Barn of Doom and Field of Fear (a haunted corn maze.) Full of old-school frights – enter if you dare my pretty! The witch is back!
Groups of 15 or more benefit from excellent group rates when booked in advance. Bring your church group, 4-H group, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, sport group and birthday parties to Coleman’s for a great time. We have a huge 30’ x 60’ tent and plenty of picnic tables for your use.
Coleman’s donuts are said to be the best around.
Three fire pits will be roaring on cold days and in the evenings. Hunker down and enjoy yourself with a cup a hot apple cider or hot cocoa.
